The customer acknowledges that Simone Bouyer's Ad World Services does not own or control the various telecommunications facilities to which it may provide access, except those specifically identified as belonging to Simone Bouyer's Ad World Services.

Simone Bouyer's Ad World Services shall receive a credit line with an active weblink on the first page created for the customer. Simone Bouyer's Ad World Services is not responsible for domain name requests that have been issued to another company/individual prior to this request. Trademark issues are the sole responsibility of the customer.

THE CUSTOMER AGREES THAT SIMONE BOUYER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND resulting from the Customer's use of Simone Bouyer's Ad World Services, equipment, the Internet or otherwise. Use of Simone Bouyer's Ad World Services or equipment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement in full.
